Welcome to The Kintsugi Room. By accessing or purchasing from our site, booking a workshop, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Workshop Bookings
All workshop bookings must be made through our website. Your spot is reserved once payment is received in full. Please review our Cancellation Policy before booking.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to low enrollment, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
2. Workshop Participation
Workshops are for ages 14 and up unless otherwise noted. All materials are provided. Please arrive on time—late arrivals may miss key instructions and we cannot extend session time.
Participants will use modern Kintsugi materials, including epoxy and gold-colored powder. These pieces are for decorative use only and are not food-safe.
3. Product Sales
All sales of original artwork, collections, or gift cards are final unless otherwise stated. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, text, logo, workshop formats, and product designs—is the intellectual property of The Kintsugi Room or its partners. Do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without written permission.
5. Privacy
Your personal information is handled with care and never sold. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Kintsugi Room is not responsible for any allergic reactions, personal injury, or property damage that may occur during a workshop or while using our products.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
